Effective date: 30 September 2026. By accessing or using the FILTAR website, documentation, trial environment or services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.
Who we are and what these Terms cover
FILTAR.AI ("FILTAR", "we", "us" or "our") provides AI interaction protection capabilities, related documentation, trial access and commercial services. We can be contacted at contact@filtar.ai or at La Défense tour Initiale, 1 Terrasse Bellini, 92800 Puteaux, France.
These Terms apply to the public website, developer documentation, any free trial or evaluation environment, and services made available directly by FILTAR. Commercial purchases made through AWS Marketplace are also subject to the applicable AWS terms and the terms shown in the relevant offer. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the offer or separately signed agreement prevails for the relevant service.
Keep access authorised and secure
You must provide accurate information when requesting access. Trial access is intended for professional and business use. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys issued to you, for activity under your account, and for notifying FILTAR promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
You may not share access outside your authorised team or exceed any access scope, technical limits or usage conditions communicated by FILTAR.
Evaluation access, not a production commitment
FILTAR may provide a no-credit-card trial to eligible users who register with a verified professional email address and complete any required anti-abuse checks. Trial capacity may be shared and may be subject to quotas, rate limits, reduced performance or temporary latency.
Unless FILTAR agrees otherwise in writing, trial access is for evaluation and testing only, must not be relied on for production workloads, and is provided without a service-level commitment. FILTAR may modify, suspend or end a trial to protect the service, prevent misuse or manage capacity.
Use FILTAR responsibly
You must comply with applicable law and may not use the website, trial, API or services to:
- gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or networks;
- distribute malware, harmful code or unlawful content;
- circumvent quotas, security controls, authentication or usage restrictions;
- use automated means to create abusive accounts or generate artificial traffic;
- test, scan or exploit vulnerabilities without FILTAR's prior written permission;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or make the service available to third parties except as expressly authorised;
- submit data that you do not have the right or lawful basis to use.
FILTAR may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting or suspending access.
You remain responsible for what you submit
You retain your rights in prompts, content and other data you submit. You grant FILTAR the limited rights needed to receive, process, transmit and protect that data for the purpose of providing and securing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your data and instructions comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights. Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data to a trial environment unless FILTAR has expressly authorised that use and appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are in place.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement.
FILTAR technology remains protected
FILTAR and its licensors retain all rights in the website, APIs, models, software, documentation, designs, trademarks and related technology. Subject to these Terms, FILTAR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the relevant materials solely to evaluate or use the service as authorised.
Feedback may be used by FILTAR to improve its products, provided that it does not identify you or disclose your confidential information without permission.
Services evolve
FILTAR may update the website, documentation, features and technical interfaces over time. We aim to communicate material changes that affect active customers through the relevant service or account contact.
Except where an applicable commercial agreement states otherwise, the website, documentation and trial are provided on an "as available" basis. FILTAR does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access and does not warrant that every risk, threat or policy violation will be detected.
Reasonable limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FILTAR excludes implied warranties relating to the website, documentation and trial. FILTAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or business interruption arising from free access or use of the public website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable order form, AWS Marketplace offer or separately signed agreement.
Protecting the service and its users
You may stop using the website or trial at any time. FILTAR may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where continued access creates a security or legal risk, or where necessary to protect the service and other users.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or operational practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material contractual changes affecting paid customers will be handled under the applicable commercial agreement.
